UNITS 1, 2 AND 3: TASK 5 – FINAL EVALUATION

TASK 1: ESSAY WRITING

The relevance of including activities that promote learning styles to the process of language learning

There is no one way to teach or any method of learning that is the best, the learning styles are more relevant and effective for any successful second language teaching. That is why everyone does not learn the same way. Considering that the teachers need to think about "learning styles" and planning a class. On the other hand, it is essential to know the importance of the English language and all activities that promote learning styles that are very necessary for the acquisition of a second language that is considered below.

Firstly, Language always occurs as a medium of interaction and communication between people for the achievement of specific goals and purposes. So, the learning styles could influence to improve English learning. As mentioned, (Krashen, 2009) the function of learning styles provides students to the point where, they can begin to understand language heard for example read, listen to music, and participate in conversations.

Secondly, learning a second language is necessary to know about the culture, traditions, different ways of speaking. Adopting each slang and expression in different parts where they speak the language. And change the relationship between teacher-student, strengthening a learning environment because according to Bell et al. (2010) the teachers need to participate in the research and distribution of Language Learning to the point of recognizing what is the need to improve teaching methods at the learners' own pace of learning.

Finally, according to the point of view of Krashen's theory, it has had a great impact since I consider that the hypotheses are indispensable to learn a second language, bearing in mind that each hypothesis has a different way of developing linguistic skills. So, it could be different learning styles. an example of style is to become autonomous individuals, teach language as a function of communication about concrete tasks and Task- or performance-centered orientation.

As you can see, acquiring a new language is a difficult and long process that requires a lot of dedication and consistency. These reason that current and future teachers, must be trained to meet this challenge. This includes the selection of strategies, methods, activities, and approaches (perspective with which a case, issue, or problem is seen), which promotes learning styles in students. For a teacher, it is very gratifying that their students understand what they are learning.
